Frustrated with Starcraft AR-ONE 14RB - At Dealer

While on our maiden voyage in our new Starcraft AR-ONE 14RB, the fridge stopped cooling (freezer was still cold). No breakers flipped, no fuses blew in the converter box. We had to run to Wall World...

My fridge is a Dometic, the temp sensor (thermistor) is on the farthest right fin; but it moves up to make it colder.
