Yup, we were headed east out of Cody when I saw three Pronghorns on the north side of the interstate. A vehicle was headed west when they decided to cross. He smacked one pretty bad. The other came towards us. I slammed on the brakes and missed it. No problem with slowing down. I stopped to see if the other driver was ok, he was but his small truck was toast.
My wife was oblivious to the action and wanted to know what was going on when I hit the brakes. When I showed her the blood and guts on the windshield she then understood.
