Next time you change your oil, send a sample to Blackstone Labs and you will get back a very detailed report showing how much life, if any was left in your oil. Thus you would know going forward about how many miles to run before dropping the oil. Plus their analysis will tell you just about everything you can think of about the condition of your engine.
