Yours in not a RAM!!!! Non DEF RAM 6.7's had super short oil change calls on the EVIC. Chris
OK, so tell us all what happens when your RAM truck squirts DEF in the exhaust system that has an effect on the oil in the engine. :h
The pre DEF trucks had a major issue with fuel dilution as the extra fuel for active regen is add via the regular injectors. Sometimes calling for an oil change at 3000-3500 miles. These trucks have major problems with sort trips.
This issue was greatly decreased with the DEF/engine tunes in the newer RAMs.
