Yeah...but you would still get heat to your basement...and you would have one less thing to take up floor space (oil heater).
If you already have an electric hookup, and you are full timing...I would think this makes sense?
Not sying this is for everyone...but for insp1505 it may be a good option...propane 'aint cheap!
