Yes, no need to heat propane. It works on my house at temps down to -20f.
I did have a problem with water in my house propane tank once. It kept freezing up the regulator on the side of the house. Not fun running out there in my underwear in the middle of the night at -20 to pour hot water on the regulator. I was going to put a pipe through the wall of my house and piss on it several times a night to keep it unthawed. But, before I did I complained to the propane company and they added something to the propane that absorbed the water and burned though the furnace.
