Definitely sounds like something's wrong, maybe you have a loose or pinched duct somewhere. Almost sounds like the duct work isn't connected well at the furnace. Make sure you're getting good airflow from each duct. With an interior temperature of 36 degrees, my furnace will get up to 68 in about 30 minutes or so and my trailer's longer.
