According to Gas Buddy, Wisconsin prices average 2.99, with the all US average at 2.95. Apparently there is a shortage due to a major refinery breakdown in Indiana. Hoosiers are now paying $2.96, a 59-cent increase since last week. Illinois is up 56 cents, Michigan is up 51 cents, Ohio is up 44 cents and Wisconsin is up 39 cents.
