I have had both....I don't if the word "easier" is the right word. I think the right word would be "different".....Humping up a grade at 60 or so, 5000 rpm in a gasser with a screaming v8 versus 1800-2000 rpm in a Cummins, with a loafing six cylinder, it is definitely and different sound and feel. That screaming v8 sound always wore me out while the Cummins just rumbles along.....Plus, the mileage difference is verrrrry nice!
