Gas engine and Diesel of same specs.Pull the same.

By my sig, i pull with a 2002 8.1.....Its specs are roughly 340HP and 455 lb ft of torque. If a guy were to opt for a 2000-2002 Cummins, approx the same specs, does a Diesel pull any easier. Just a th...

Would be interesting, but the CTD you are thinking of comparing is at about a 100 HP deficit if your 8.1 is pushing 340. The turbo will make up for some of that, especially at elevation.
