Likely any difference you read or perceive in ride, handling, power, reliability or fuel mileage between the 2, similarly geared trucks will be very minor.
Personal preference as to what logo you want on the grille and the deal you can cut on either will be more important and the small differences will fade in memory after the second or third round of bugs gets cleaned off the windshield!
Both great trucks and I haven't even driven a new gen Superduty but I'm sure it's even better then the old style.
And solid vs ifs axles are not a thing either, for a tow rig.
