AG inspector called me back. Security seal was razor cut on the pump I used. Couldn't see it unless you lifted it at the edge of the gas pump door. No skimmer but he believes there was one. He said they come back and get them to read the info on them and then put on another pump and do it again. He said he advised the owner to check the pumps at least daily. Also said he sees a lot of skimmers and evidence of skimmers. Also said legislation is coming to make station owners more liable for compromised pumps. Hit em in the wallet and they'll start checking their pumps.
