My wallet has a Faraday cage envelope...meaning that it nulls flux
fields...that power up RFID's in some cards. About $5-$10 bucks more
than a regular wallet. They have smaller versions just for the cards
The newer with Smart Chip does NOT power up when in a flux field and
can NOT be scanned without physical connection...until someone decides
to add a flux field power up circuit...
So this will not work with Smart Chip cards...until the baddies figure
out a way to make electrical connections with the chip
Just a leap frog game with the baddies...till the nest technology
defeats them for now...then they will figure out a way...
