I think this is the relevant portion from the link. I would definitely go to the dealer though and get a sticker. I believe that it was legally supposed to be there when you purchased the truck new and it could be an issue selling the truck down the road. This is typically where any service dept would scan your truck in for service and documentation. Odd that it is missing for this long and nobody has called it out. Maybe it is somewhere else that's not obvious.

The info in this photo grab should be correct but I would still double check with the dealer.
