Something seems off with 7k GVW, 2k specified payload, and loaded up at 6280 pounds. You have 700 pounds of payload for loaded TW. That is maybe 5k dry TT. If you can take 500 pounds out of the truck and put it in the trailer, you'd be all set.
Still, 8000-8500 pounds is the high range of half ton owner's comfort based on RV forum feedback. Get a WDH with integrated sway control and learn how to adjust it.
