I've always had good luck with Michelins on my previous dually trucks as well.
My current vehicle (2011 F 350 dually) came with General's also. I'm NOT impressed either.
Worse cupping tires I've ever had. Had it re-aligned, and have tried many different combinations of tire pressure to no avail. It is just the front, as the duals in back are wearing very nicely / evenly.
Shocks may be another factor with mine, going for Bilsteins asap.
Mine were cupping and the outside edge was wearing fast on the front. Had the dealer check alignment they said it was good. Wear got worse so I had an alignment guy I have known for 30 yrs check. He said it was 1/4" toe in and in spec but he said in reality it should be 1/16" toe in. I changed to Bilstiens and the ride was better. After doing shocks and alignment the wear came off evenly. So with the new Michelins I hope to get great wear.
