I got that champion model last year. I love it, starts easy (My 8 year old started in last year camping). Runs Everything, is pretty quite and a good deal.
BTW: Costco has them for $699 till the end of March!
I have my 4th RV now, and have never needed a generator. I have been looking at, and reading about this Champion 3100. I still don't need one. I can't think of any good places in my area, that I could use it. It will be my first choice, if I find a place I enjoy, that requires my own power supply.
