Is there anything in the $500 range that has a respectable decibel level?

Not an opinion here but some proof.
My Generac iX2000 will run the AC in my TT. I just finished the 1/2 hour experiment based on various threads here....this being one.
In another experiment.....I had the Generac side by side with the Honda 2000. At idle...the Honda is quieter.
Under the same load....they are virtually indistinguishable.
