I've run one to keep a household fridge running in a car trailer. It works. But not great. Steep slopes would fuel starve it, and it would stall. But flat ground was fine.
2 gennys on the back of a TT might cause instability.
Also beware that your TT probably isn't as sealed up as well as you think, and the constant air exchange while driving might cause the coils to freeze up.
