In a TT you are quite limited in space for batteries so the larger the solar array the better. The object is to fill the reservoir faster than it is being consumed.
I agree. Besides, solar won't run the AC. If you get a good solar setup and the conditions are right where you don't need the AC, then the solar is the way to go. Unfortunately, the conditions aren't always "right". Start with a good generator and then get solar when you can.
