Getting a new tow vehicle MAYBE
We have a Silverado right now and thinking of upgrading. When you go to a GMC from a Silverado are you getting your monies worth or is it all eyewash?

I have a GMC. Why did I pick it over the Chevy? The grill design looked better. That's it. They are exactly the same truck. You might find slightly different materials...but they are the same.
I have heard the talk about GMC being upmarket. Bull. They are the same. I focus on price first. When I found a chevy -- in a color I liked better than white -- I almost bought it. Then, did a quick look and found the EXACT same equipped truck at a GMC dealer...but in white...same discounts, etc. They had the same sticker, same options. I chose GMC because the grill design looked better.
My point...they are the same. For me, i shop price/features/options. (from a personal standpoint, I don't want a highly optioned vehicle...cost for one; simplicity for another reason)
