Getting back into the TT game - been ahwile, have some ?s

So, after being out of the TT game for almost 10 years, the wife and me and looking to get back in. History - used to have a rear-bathroom TT, 31 foot, 1 slide. Had a queen bed. Decent setup, but...

After 10 years are you sure you want to get back in? With the current pandemic likely to be with us for the next year or more I would think now is NOT the time but it's fun to plan and research.
