Getting close to finalizing a setup. Need some input.

Buy what you want, and what will suit your needs. Both of the choices you have listed will be mildly overloaded once hitched up in the real world.

I'd choose a 3/4 ton for that load. I have been very happy with mine, but you may prefer a different brand.
