Just make ABSOLUTELY sure about keeping the TT on your property. We just got burned on that. We bought our current home 7 years ago. The real estate agent told us it was ok to park TT in driveway,(don't believe them). We saw plenty of boats/RVs in the neighborhood in driveways, so we thought we were okay. Seven years later we got cited for violating an ordinance. We were not permitted to park in the driveway, all the other RV/Boat owners had applied for a variance,(we did and were denied).
Bottom line: Call the zoning commission in your new neighborhood and made SURE that you can bring the TT home. Good luck on your journeys!
