Your in Sioux Falls. Maybe you want to move a mile out of town and then you can keep it on your property for sure. (Or, I would think so, you still better check). But, I'm about 90 miles from you and I know Sioux Falls is like a oasis in the middle of no where. (Not Criticizing, it's a nice place. I get there often.) If you get just out of town you should have less ordinances and more room to do what you want.
