Getting excited for new home for us and maybe our TT

We have our stick house pretty much sold. We are getting our realtor lined up and have been looking at a few places. Looks like we might have a new home for us and maybe even room to keep our TT at ...

22000 people in Watertown. Not sure they have a HOA, CCR, REO Speedwagon, or a lot of other thing like that. On the other hand, many of the small town near me have been getting all carried away with there local ordinances. One town does it and all the rest don't want to feel left out so then they have to do it too. Thank God, I live in the country.
