I'm in the same situation and one of the units I was looking at had low dump valves that would have scraped when backing into my drive. Something else to watch is the spare tire on the 5'er. Good call. The dump valves r in between main slide and bunk slide on the trailer....will need to watch for sure.
I was pretty sure I was going to get the fiver because price difference is neglible but for our first real camper, I am thinking the trailer will be good. A fiver toy hauler might be in the cards for us in a few years anyways since my 3 and 6 year old sons and I ride atv's. Covered storage might be an issue with the fiver also.
Waiting to hear back from Sean at propride with regards to mounting the pp hitch on it with the battery tray up front and propane tanks further back
