Mike, you obviously know your situation, and lots has been said already, so all I can really add is that I had a 6.2 F250 for two years before I decided to go diesel, and I can tell you; if you love the 5.0, you'll really love the 6.2. Mine was the exact truck you're looking at without the snowplow pkg. I kept track of mileage for two years, and averaged 16.5 Hwy, 12.7 combined, and 7-10 towing, depending on the terrain/ wind etc. My TT is about 1500 lbs heavier than yours. Speaking of towing, I came from a 2003 F150 5.4, and the difference was night and day. Think about what will happen to truck prices in the next couple years too. If you can get the right price, and can fit it in the budget, you'll Love it. They are really comfortable trucks to drive, but yeah, you do pay for it. Good luck.
