Plus, if it ever needs replacement it will be a lot easier to remove than one with yards of double stick tape under it.
If you look back at the photos on the previous page mine is easily replaced by removing the 4 screws. I used a total of 10" of double sided tape, not yards. It looks better not having to use caulk. Screws are fine if that is what you like. Guess you didn't read it very closely.
