Agree, $300 for "maintenance" on anything without an engine is extraordinary. Maybe some years of roof needs sealed or needs re caulked or bearings packed.
Be wary of it. Buy a RV there if you find what you want at the price you want. If you can make use of their "perks" great, but IMO it would be a small part of the buying decision.
