For more reason not to trust CW, read this post. I took my last TT to them for service under warranty. They lost it - turns out someone towed it to the used lot and people were going through it thinking it was for sale. I needed a part for my friction sway bar. Was told they don't sell just that part, but gee, we will sell you a brand new one. Did some research, and found the part at Etrailer.com.
