Give me your honest opinion.!!

Unfortunately my experience with my 08 Powerstroke forced me to get rid of it before the warranty was even out. Multiple injectors, rear main seal, radiator, and an ongoing never fixed regen issue that filled my crankcase with fuel are a couple examples. I cant imagine keeping a truck that engine requires the cab to come off for major engine repair such as a head gasket. Its the dumbest design ever. That engine is to prone to major mechanical breakdowns. If you can afford the random 5000 dollar repair keep it. Check out the price for a short block on that thing too to see what you can pay when the pistons melt down. Also cavitation that eats through the front cover is a nice costly fix too. You tube 6.4 problems. I would ditch it for a Cummins or Duramax

I may be jaded due to my issues with my Powerstroke but at least be informed of what can happen to them. You tube can be your friend.
