Looks to me like your trailer is up pretty high. If needed you can add another step. Torklift has all of the needed hardware. Possibly you can get a longer landing gear.
Instead if lubricating, which attracts dirt, you can adjust all of the bolts by unscrewing 1/8 to 1/4 turn depending on how much looseness you need.
