Ed, the picture thing is a snap. Post your photos to Dropbox. Right click on the photo and choose "copy image address" or "copy image URL." Then go onto the rv.net site, choose "advance post form," and then click on the "post a picture" icon. In the box, paste the address of your image. Last, use the little boxes to indicate the size of the image -- so a 4 by 6 would have a height of 400 and a width of 600.

Here is an easier way to post pictures.
1. Go to the
RV.net picture posting app.
2. Click on the blue "or Select" box.
3. Upload your picture from your computer directly into the site.
4. Copy/paste the resulting URL directly from the site into your post.
There is no need to modify anything in the URL. Just copy it as is, unmodified, into your post and the picture will come out, properly sized for our forum use.
You don't have to use the clumsy forum picture posting icon in the posting box when starting a thread or answering a post. You also don't have to worry about using an off site picture hosting service such as Dropbox or Photobucket.
To put it simply:
Upload, copy, paste. Done! :) :)
