Glow Step Revolution: Pros & Cons (See Update in 1st Post)

Dog Trainer, I found that with a little time spent you can "tune" the steps by adjusting the many scissor bolts to a little looser or tighter to make the deployment just right. You want them to go up and down easily. Not too loose or too tight. This means as little as 1/8 turn on each bolt and test. Patience is the key. I would never suggest lubrication because it would attract dirt. We couldn't be happier with our GlowSteps. I heard the same thing from Kerstin a while back.
