I just completed a 2 week journey from our home in Mi. to Williston Fl. with a 8 day stopover in Williamsburg Va. The steps are working well although they are a little cumbersome to deploy during a quick bathroom break stop. We are set up at our Winter site and will be here 3 months.
The difference in the Glow step stability vs the Original step is amazing. I was able to adjust them perfectly to keep them parallel to the TT floor. They look a thousand times better than the Original steps. I have already had comments about how good they look.
Kristen had called me about a replacement step that deployed a little better bvut that was a while ago and I have not heard back from her. I think if the could get the deployment a little smoother they would make a good product great.
Interesting ease of set up is my initial concern. The design appears much sturdier than a typical set of steps. However if excessive set up is required for a simple in and out of the RV. It could be a deal breaker.
