250 is too hot, you don't want to be over 225. I would look into a larger aux cooler. My Suburban came from the factory with 2 coolers. Fluid passes first through part of the radiator and then through an external cooler. Even on the hottest day going up a steep hill I have never seen more than 205, and our TT is 8500 lbs.
