looks like I came rather late to this one. I was going to pop some popcorn and watch the fanboys and haters go at it. personally I've owned an 05 Tahoe and an 05 trailblazer. GM knows how to build suspensions and vehicles that ride nice, but mechanical reliability is another thing altogether. Tahoe was in shop a dozen times its first year for everything from cosmetic door panel issues to fuel module to intermittent starts. Trailblazer fared better but had fan clutch issues and cracked exhaust manifold. I like the looks of many of their vehicles, but cannot trust them. oh, and GM still hasn't figured out how to make a reliable fuel gauge even after being in business over 100 years. Needles flop all over and range finder on the Tahoe said you have 25 more miles to fillup, and wife runs out of gas 3 miles later. i'll stick with toyota
