GM is ramping up to pump out more 6.2 engines

Sorry don't have a link, but looks like GM is investing 160 million in Spring Hill to start pumping out 6.2 engines for trucks and suvs. High demand for these engines and interest from many tests of towing and mpg put this engine on top time and time again !! corvette pick up !!

That's good. The engines are not being outsourced.

It is good to see they are not going the Ecoboost route

:) Hi, fantastic that GM has a need to produce more engines; GM also produces a 3.6 L V-6 with twin turbos. Very similar to an Ecoboost. I don't understand your comment about the Ecoboost; I did not read anything to support your comment in this article. :?

Guess he hasn't heard of GM's EcoTec line of turbocharged engines.

Frankly, I love my Ecoboost. I just wish they would offer it in the HD trucks before I decide to jump ship to another manufacturer.
