GM is going to give you the lovely middle finger salute. You're going to cry and complain, but ultimately roll over and take it. Why, because its not worth it to challenge them legally. They know that. The best thing you could possibly hope for is a wide-ranging class-action suit from many people in your position. That will only take several years to resolve, and make a lot of lawyers a lot of money.
