If we back calculate, the hummer will be running 457rpm at max HP (assuming peak torque and HP are at the same RPM which is typical for electric motors)
The real issue is feeding that motor. 1000hp equals 746 kw. Assuming they put 200kwh battery pack in (more than double the tesla battery pack)...that gives you about a 16min driving range.
That assumes you can discharge the batteries that fast without damage and all the cabling can handle the massive amperage.
