In 2007, I purchased a new Ram 1500 and Chrysler Sebring. Chrysler was desperate for sales, so they offered lifetime powertrain warranty's. Traded the Ram 1500 for my Ram 2500, so I lost that warranty, but I still have the Sebring with the lifetime powertrain. I have to bring the Sebring in every couple of years to certify the powertrain.
