GMC 5.3 or 6.2 Liter Engine?

I have the Ford 5.0 which has the same power rating as the Chevy 2014 5.3 direct injection engine. My truck pulls my camper so easy, its nuts. I had a 2010 F150 5.4 previously, and it didnt pull anywhere as good as this 5.0.
I'd say you would be good with the 5.3 as long as you got a 3.42 or 3.73 axle. The Ford and Chevy 6 speed transmissions have nearly the same gears and I run the 3.73 axle with my 5.0.
Or a 2013 6.2 would also be great minus the daily commuting mileage.
