I towed a 5500lb 23' camper with a 5.3/4 speed Tahoe for years and had no issues at all. It has already been stated several times to just pay attention to your payload. The E rated tires are probably overkill and you will notice a harsher ride due to the stiff sidewalls. The larger tire size will also affect your gas mileage. Good hitch, brake controller, sway control, sounds like you are good to go.
