Not superior however I do the actual research and have been an active part of the transition scenarios on both sides you are referring to in your post. Shooting from the hip using a bent barrel given to you isn't going to be to great for hitting many bullseyes or maybe even the target itself. Doesn't matter who or how the barrel had gotten bent. You are the one who pulled the trigger. Find out the true details so you can be much more accurate and actually shoot straight.
