I sort of have a seasonal site for a few months. No hookups, so electric comes from the generator.
I keep a number of Rubbermaid freezer packs in the freezer, occasionally switching them to the fridge part to help keep that cool. When leaving, I toss everything (food, freezer packs, all but bottled water) into an ice chest, stick the airing position cards in place, and power off the fridge. I also turn off the gas and unplug the battery (after killing one battery due to parasitic stuff, I learned to just pull the plug and call it done.)
The water pump, I only keep on when I'm present in the TT, and the water heater goes out before I leave for the weekday.
