First, are you sure it is punctured? Check the valve stem core tightness.
On my maiden voyage to Montana from WA with my camper and almost 1000 mile trip, my previous truck a '06 SRW, 6.0 PSD, 4x4 Supercab, Long bed did fine. The airbags will keep the truck more level, so you may want to adjust the headlights. The overloads will be engaged for sure which is a good thing.
One thing to keep in mind, keep the black/grey tanks empty when traveling and carry just as much water as you need. Both are a relatively high percentage of weight.
