Shell is a subsidiary of Royal Dutch Shell. Ford Motorcraft oil is produced by Cononoco Phillips.
I hear you but the Greater Orange Business Journal, August addition, quotes the GM of the Port Arthur Refinery, Motiva's and the U.S. largest, as saying: "Although Shell doesn't own us anymore, Motiva still retained the Shell brand," he said. "All of (Motiva) Port Arthur's gasoline and diesel fuel is sold under the Shell brand in the Gulf Coast and the Eastern seaboard...but in addition to that we now have the 76 brand...
Hard to understand and remember how integrated businesses has become.
