When we were living in Edina MN I stored a vehicle at the State Fair grounds. Inside. Cost was about $50. They sent me a card with a date and time they wanted me to bring my car. I left the keys in the ignition in case they had to move the car because someone needed to move their car out. In the spring they would send me another card with a date and time that I had to be there to remove my car. I believe they are still doing this. (using all the empty exhibit halls/buildings. This may be true also in other cities/towns).
They do that here at the State Fair grounds but I don't believe they have a very big overhead door for most of the buildings. I believe it's pretty popular among the boaters and maybe RVers that have a trailer that isn't quite 10ft tall.
Edit: I'm glad I found this thread because it got me thinking. I decided to call the fair grounds today and see exactly what the size limitations were for their buildings and it happens that the doors are large enough to accommodate a diesel pusher MH so I think I'll be safe with my 13ft tall trailer. The price comes in at a $285.00 fee for storage from Oct 15 - April 7th which makes it right around $50/mo. A screaming deal around here.
