Goodbye tt hello fifth wheel
Just moving to the fifth wheel section of the forum as we are now owners of a 3450ts Big Country by Heartland thx everyone for all advise and expertize for our tt come on spring

Ya, when we had the big fifth wheel we had a lance pickup camper to for camping. Had to put 2x4s down to have it ride above the rails. Never was happy with that set up for the truck camper.
Now though there making travel trailers with almost as much storage as the fifth wheels. Our 34ft Terry had oogles of storage and we had a small 7 cubic foot freezer inside out of the way.
Our problem with fifth wheels has always been transporting 100 lb propane tanks for long or permanent stays. There just isn't enough room between the pickup bed and fifth wheel for anything to tall making the bed fill up fast.
